Sustainability and Traceability


Sustainability is a passion of ours and with an ever growing world population and increasing desire for high impact healthy foods, the pressure on our worlds Oceans and seafood has never been greater. We love what we do and want to continue doing it for many many years to come so whatever we can do that may have a positive impact on others while not depleting limited resources ourselves we will pursue intensely. 



Atlantic Salmon (Salmo salar)

We use Atlantic Salmon that is farm raised in the North Atlantic off the coast of Maine.


Tombo Ahi (Thunnus alalunga)

Amazing quality, this Ahi hails from Hawaiian waters & is delivered multiple times a week.


Yellowfin Ahi(Thunnus albacares)

We use MSC certified purse seine caught Yellowfin from the edge of Northeast tropical Pacific ocean.


Snow Crab (Chionoecetes opilio)

We only buy the best snow crab caught off the coast of Alaska in Pacific waters.

 Argentine Red Shrimp (Pleoticus muelleri)

We use both farm raised white shrimp and wild caught Argentine Red Shrimp.

American Lobster (Homarus americanus)

We only buy true American Lobsters caught off the coast of Maine.
